BRISA Inc. South and Ladis Restaurant have distinct pleasure of inviting you to the
2023Annual Regatta to be held on February 17, 18 and 19in the waters of Salinas Puerto Rico.
The BRSA South Fleet, is honored to offer the sailors from Puerto Rico and the Caribbean an
awesome weekend of sailing competition and spectacular on-shore activities that will make this
must-do event in the Caribbean sailing calendar. We will also present two days of the
Qualifying Series for the Optimist Advanced Class, as well as races for other one design classes
affiliated to the Federación de Vela de Puerto Rico and yacht races.

SCHEDULE
6.1. FRIDAY, February 17,1800 hours Last Day of Registration and waiver signatures
at Ladis Restaurant.
6.2. FRIDAY: February 17, 1900hours Skippers meeting for “CLASSES IN THE
YACHT RACE” (NOT INCLDING THE DINGHY COMPETITORS), following
with a Cocktail at Ladis Restaurant.
6.3. SATURDAY, February 18, 0830 hours Signature of Waivers; 0900 hours,
Skippers meeting for Dinghy Race, Optimist Green, and Open Bic competitors
with their respective Race Officers.
6.4. SATURDAY February 18, First Warning Signal, at 1100 hours, back-to-back
races to follow. No warning signal will be hoisted after 16:00 hours
6.5. SUNDAY, February 19, First Warning Signal at 10:00 hours,back-to-back races to
follow. No Warning Signal will be hoisted after 1400 Sunday.
6.6. SUNDAY, February 19, 17:00 hours, Awards Ceremony at Ladis Restaurant
